I have completed the requirements to practise collaborative divorce and separation.  This revolutionary approach to divorce and separation originated in Minnesota and California, and was brought to Vancouver within the past three years.

The unique aspects of this process include the parties' written commitment to resolve their issues outside of court, and to provide full financial disclosure, and the use of "divorce coaches" or counselors, child and financial specialists, as required.

The parties, their lawyers, and the specialists work together toward the resolution of the legal and emotional issues arising from separation and divorce.

In July of 2005, my office will be relocating to 550 - 943 West Broadway, Vancouver, British Columbia.
